• Policies
The Spa is an adult-only club. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted.

Cancellation
Because your Spa and Salon services are reserved for you, we ask for at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the value of your scheduled service.

Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in.
If you will be enjoying Spa Day Use, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Valet Parking
For those wishing the convenience of valet parking, we have a fully-staffed valet parking facility at the entrance to The Spa and Fitness Club
