Requirements to skate:
Signed waiver form, membership form and valid skate park I.D. For riders under the age of 18 parents must be present to sign the waiver form to be witnessed by Skatepark Staff or The waiver and membership form can be notarized. Faxed forms will not be accepted. Helmet, Kneepads, Elbow pads required at all times while in the park.

Park Regulations:
1. Helmets, Kneepads and Elbow pads required at all times in the park. 
2. All park users must have a completed and signed waiver form, membership form and valid skatepark I.D.on file.
3. No unauthorized pieces of equipment can be brought into the skate area.
4. Skatepark will be closed during poor weather.
5. Spectators are not permitted within the skate area.
6. Participants under the age of 8 must have a guardian with them at the park at all times.
7. No Razors, Heelies, etc - ONLY skateboards, roller-skates, or inline skates
8. Only bottled water is allowed on the skate able area; no food, sodas or sports drinks allowed.
9. Skatepark staff reserves the right to close the park or change the hours of operation without prior notice.

Brea Skate Park
The skate park is located in Arovista Park (Imperial Hwy. at Berry Street) just south of the Amphitheatre.
Hours: You can skate daily from 7:00 a.m. to dusk

About Brea Skate Park
The Brea Skate Park has a combination of "street" and "freestyle" features with a fun box, pyramid, table top, half pipe, spine, grinding rails, drop ins, you name it! Advanced skaters and beginners will find something to their liking. Have fun safely this summer. Remember to wear the required safety gear (helmet, knee and elbow pads). The Skate Park was designed by skaters for skaters. Over 80 skaters attended two workshops and shared their ideas for the ultimate skate park.

About RSM Skate Park
Located approximately one mile from Oso Parkway, the Rancho Santa Margarita Skate Park is open to the public free of charge seven days a week from dawn to dusk. The park is unsupervised and there is no age limit - skate at your own risk. Please protect and preserve your park!!

SKATE PARK RULES: Skate Park hours are 7 days a week from dawn until dusk. Skateboarding and In-Line Skating are hazardous activities. Skate at your own risk. No bicycles, scooters, razors or motorized vehicles are allowed in skate area. Helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are required at all times, and violators are subject to citation under the City's Skate Park Ordinance. Skating on park curbs, parking lot and entrance sidewalk is prohibited. No graffiti or tagging. No glass bottles. Dispose of trash in trash receptacles. No smoking, alcohol or drug use. No spectators permitted in the skate area. No unauthorized pieces of equipment, obstacles or apparatus. Profanity, loud music, bad behavior and recklessness is not permitted.

The Orange Skate Park Features

Main Street Course
The 20,000 square foot indoor street course features an array of obstacles. The course includes an assortment of quarter pipes, banks, handrails,
boxes, pyramids and more. The main street course is surfaced in a combination of _ birch and skatelite.

The Combi Pool
The Vans Combi is a replica of the original Combi pool which was located at the Upland Pipeline skatepark in California in the early 1980's. Believed to be one of the best pools in skateboarding history. 

Pee Wee Area
This area is designed for small kids and beginners to develop their skills.  The course includes all of the features of our main street course only on a smaller scale.

Outdoor Street Course
The concrete course features handrails, ledges, stairs, manual pads and more. This course is designed for the technical street skater and has an industrial feel.

Arcade
The arcade area includes some of the latest arcade games that you can play when you need a break.

Rules
1. No one under 18 will be allowed to enter or remain in the Vans Skate Park unless they are wearing full protective gear, including, but not limited to, a helmet, elbow and knee pads. All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file with the Park.
2. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign the waiver, in the presence of a Vans employee or a notary public. (There are no exceptions to this rule.)
